HP Mechanical provides commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair, installation, and maintenance. While we strive to provide immediate and effective service, we cannot guarantee specific response times unless explicitly outlined in a contracted Preventative Maintenance Agreement. All service timelines are estimates subject to part availability and emergency triage protocols.
HP Mechanical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure, including but not limited to product loss (spoilage), business interruption, or loss of revenue. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the mechanical equipment we service, as outlined in our service agreements.
Any estimates provided via this website, over the phone, or prior to a full diagnostic inspection are subject to change. Final billing will be based on actual time, materials, and complexity of the repair. Payment is due upon completion of service unless commercial credit terms have been established in advance.
